LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

"One may know how to conquer without being able to do it." - Sun Tzu

Practice? We're talking practice???

Yes, we're talking about practice!  When it comes to building high performing teams, practice is essential.  Our training is designed to make an impact immediately. As a leadership development and consulting firm, we focus on strategies that help teams reach peak performance.  Through education, practice, and evaluation, we continue to build strong leaders. We assist leaders in stimulating action, understanding the team, and leading by example.  First, you learn, then you do.

Leaders are made!  We train people to ignite teams toward high results by employing military based leadership development concepts.  Our training is designed to make an impact immediately.  We assist leaders to stimulate action, understand the team, enforce standards, and lead by example.  First, you learn, then you do.

The Three Six Zero leadership development training sequence is designed to increase in intensity and improve leadership proficiency through a crawl, walk, run philosophy.

  • CRAWL.  We start by outlining the principals of leadership along with the basics in influencing, decision-making, and planning.  The e-learning courses are easy to follow, and each candidate can interact with their mentor for guidance.

  • WALK Leaders apply the processes and techniques in several scenarios.  Each leader is coached and graded on performance and results are maintained in a Leadership Portfolio.  Each training environment is unique and designed to test all aspects of leadership and teamwork.  All of the training courses have a team integration, planning, execution, and after-action review.  Candidates can choose from simple to the complex courses to test their abilities.

  • RUN.  Lastly, leaders build upon experiences and concepts to lead a team through a project with an outside organization, such as Habitat for Humanity, Goodwill, and others.  Mentors and the assigned organization will monitor the projects and evaluate leadership performance.  The projects serve as a capstone event and provide an opportunity for leaders to be socially responsible and give back to the community.
