PHILADELPHIA, PA. May 13, 2019- Three Six Zero Leadership, a Mid-Atlantic Leadership Development and Team Building & Effectiveness company is pleased to announce that Alex A. Pilkington will be joining their leadership team in a newly created role as Chief Strategy Officer and will report to the Chief Executive Officer, Michael Woody.
In this role, Mr. Pilkington will be responsible for corporate strategy, strategic partnerships and business development with oversight of marketing and product and services development. In addition, Mr. Pilkington will be a principal instructor on client engagements for core Leadership Development, Team Building & Effectiveness and Strategy programs and Experiential events.

Mr. Pilkington adds more than 25 years of experience in leadership and strategy roles gained from his time as a U.S. Army Ranger and in leadership roles in Global Fortune 500 companies and as an entrepreneur. Woody explained, "As a fellow Army Ranger, I believe that Alex's leadership ability and aligned interests in Behavioral Economics, Leadership Development, and building High Performing Teams provide a recipe for success."
Prior to joining Three Six Zero Leadership, Mr. Pilkington served as Senior Strategist with BB&T Corporation. He earned his master’s in Management, Strategy & Leadership from Michigan State University, Eli Broad College of Business.
