Three Six Zero is a partner in your leadership development.  As professionals, we understand the challenges of recruiting, training, and maintaining good leaders.  We share leadership concepts and practices from one of the most successful organizations known for stellar leadership, the US Army Rangers.  Our group of experienced military leaders share leadership techniques, processes, and concepts that have led to success around the world.  We not only teach leadership, we help leaders test their learned knowledge in a series of leadership evaluations intended to strengthen leadership acumen, teamwork, and character.

Michael Woody, MBA Founder of Three Six Zero Leadership started training executives while teaching at the United States Military Academy Preparatory School (West Point Prep), as a way to make extra money.  After successfully training his first group of 10 executives, the client brought 50 people to the next session.  The success paved the way for employees and more business. Unfortunately, Mike was deployed to Iraq and was unable to sustain business.  Before he started teaching civilians at Three Six Zero, Mike spent 21 years leading Infantry teams in the US Army.  Sergeant First Class Woody taught at the US Army Ranger School, the Air Assault Course, and as an Adjunct Professor at Temple University ROTC program in Philadelphia, PA.  After retiring from the Army, Mike completed a BA from Temple University and an MBA from Villanova University.  He also has certificates in Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, and Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University.  Mike is also a combat veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Just Cause.

Shallyn Harmon, MBA Chief Operations Officer and Director of East Coast Operations. She is a civilian with over 15 years of marketing and business experience. She has worked with brands such as Tiffany & Co., Einstein Bros. Bagels, IMS Health, Lenox, Educational Testing Service (ETS) and 1&1 Internet in diverse capacities. Shallyn has a dual degree in Communications & Business from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from Villanova University.

Major Russ Watkins, MBA Chief of Corporate Development, still serves in the Army Reserve. With over 15 years of military experience in various responsibilities, his career in the Army spans several tours on Active Duty and time in the National Guard and Army Reserve. Russ is a combat veteran and has participated in several campaigns, to include tours in Iraq and West Africa.  He has been an adjunct professor at Widener, Villanova and West Chester Universities.  As a project manager, Russ has integrated complex systems with newly acquired businesses across the US and Canada.  Watkins’ holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from The University of Scranton and an MBA in Strategic Management and International Business from Villanova University. He also holds a graduate certificate in project management from Villanova University.

Menka Gurnani,  CMA, MBA Chief Finance Officer and Director of West Coast Operations.  Menka recently relocated to the Bay Area after working with Vanguard’s Financial Advisory Services business, Enterprise Supply Management, and Enterprise Risk Management departments.  She also held roles as a Financial Analyst and Accountant at Jones Lang LaSalle and part of the Financial Leadership Development Program at Johnson & Johnson.  Menka provides a litany of competencies and is responsible for Three Six Zero’s financial strategies as well as business development in San Francisco, CA.  Menka has a dual degree in Accounting & Economics, an MBA from Villanova University, and is a Certified Management Accountant.
